Commercial & Industrial Products

Culligan is the leading provider of commercial and industrial water treatment systems and services. For years we have been providing high-purity water solutions to the industrial marketplace. We help companies maintain profits by meeting water production requirements and by controlling capital and operating expenses.

Differing water sources, applications, flow rates and treated water qualities mean that every business has different process water requirements. Culligan carries a wide array of water softeners, water filters, reverse osmosis, and deionization systems available to service almost any need.

We also manufacture and distribute water treatment, water level, and pH controls in addition to degasifiers, decarbonators, water recycling systems, cooling tower water treatment systems, demineralizing equipment, desalination systems, water reclamation services, water recovery systems and ion exchange equipment.

1.    Culligan® C&I Water Softeners

Culligan customers can realize substantial benefits by using treated water in boilers, hot water heaters, cooling towers, food service, laundry and vended services. Culligan water treatment systems help uphold quality standards while adding value to your business.

Businesses using Culligan water softeners have experienced the following savings:

Reduced scale buildup in equipment and fixtures

  • Increased lifespan of equipment and lower maintenance costs
  • Reduced operating costs
  • Up to 30-35% reduction in use of detergent and chemicals
  • Increased lifespan of materials

Take the small step to upgrade water quality and enjoy great-tasting water and ice, as well as softer, brighter linens. By reducing scale and iron buildup with softeners and filtration, your staff will find cleaning much easier, and require fewer detergents. Culligan water conditioners are customized to treat any water source, including well water.

Providing the highest level of service is essential for your business, and it is the hallmark of ours. Culligan engineers consult each customer to meet their individual needs.

 2.    Culligan® C&I Dealkalizers

Take control of water problems with a dealkalizer from Culligan. Through a process much like softening, dealkalization reduces anions such as chloride, nitrate and sulfate in your water.

Alkalinity is often a limiting factor of efficient boiler operations. Alkalinity contributes to boiler water corrosiveness and high chemical and water usage. Culligan offers custom-designed dealkalizer systems to improve your boiler plant operations and lower your steam generation costs.

Besides being corrosive, these unwanted minerals could make water taste bitter or salty. From car washes to restaurants, a dealkalizer could be the solution for your business. Culligan services what we sell and more! With extensive experience on Culligan products and other brands, our servicemen and installers are able to service all makes and models.

Product Applications:

  • Heating & cooling
  • Steam generation
  • Alkalinity/sulfate reduction

 5.    Culligan® C&I Filtration Systems

Culligan offers a wide range of technologies, products and services to meet the water quality and quantity needs of our customers with high purity water applications.

Filtration is the process of removing particles from the water, absorbing undesired odors, tastes, colors and organic pollutants, eliminating iron, chlorine, manganese and arsenic, as well as neutralizing the water acidity. Simple in appearance, filtration is, in reality, a sophisticated water treatment process for use with in applications such as boiler feed water, cooling towers, injection water, sterilization systems, wastewater, and chemical, chlorinated solvent, hydrocarbon, and polychlorinated biphenyl removal.

Our industrial filters and ultrafiltration systems are entirely manufactured in our Culligan plants. The vessels are made of steel and are protected by anti-corrosion coatings, a heavy layer of resin on the inside, and synthetic paint on the outside. On the industrial filters, the automatic cycles of service and backwash are regulated by a group of hydraulic valves driven by an electronic logic programmer.

In addition to killing mircoorganisms, UV water treatment can assist with total oxidizable carbon (TOC) reduction, chlorine/chloramine destruction, ozone destruction and microbial disinfection.
